Let us continue to uplift one another

As a member of the Unitarian Universalists for Social Justice (UUSJ) Board, I am deeply grateful for the dedication, passion, and generosity of spirit shown by our supporters, partners, and volunteers throughout this year. Together, we have worked to uphold the values of equity, compassion, and justice, striving to make tangible progress toward a society that reflects our shared principles.

During this holiday season, I invite you to carry forward the message of Christmas by practicing compassion in action. Whether it’s advocating for systemic change, lending a helping hand to those in need, or simply showing gratitude to those around you, every gesture adds to the greater good.

In spite of all that is happening in this country right now, may this season renew your faith in humanity’s capacity for love and justice. Let us continue to uplift one another as we embrace the opportunities of the coming year. With your continued support, UUSJ will remain a beacon of hope, advancing the causes that matter most to our shared future.

From my family to yours, I wish you a joyous Christmas filled with peace, love, and moments of quiet reflection. Let us celebrate the beauty of this season while looking forward to the promise of a brighter tomorrow.

In the spirit of Justice,

Rev. Latifah Griffin
