The group will explore the interconnections of our food systems and our relationship to and responsibility in these systems… the readings challenge us to look at our roles not only as consumers of food, but also as creators of food, of systems, and of the world we live in…and offers an opportunity to dig deeper into the complex issues surrounding food.

Special activities include a screening of the award-winning documentary “Cowspiracy”, a field trip to a local farm (date to be determined by the group) and a pot luck supper to end the series.

Facilitated by Terry Goplerud (terrygoplerud(at)gmail.com) & Jean Wright (revdrwright1(at)gmail.com)
