Unitarian Universalists for Social Justice of the National Capital Region is holding a Gala to celebrate the accomplishments of those working for social justice. The Social Justice Awards recognize those individuals and congregations who inspire, support and express effective social action – those deeply committed volunteers and ministers who are the heart of the social justice movement in the National Capital region.
The gala benefits the UUSJ Social Justice Fund, providing up to $500 grant seed for worthwhile social justice efforts that are under or unfunded in UU congregations. Visit Social Justice Grants to apply.
